DA after 50% and more, it is necessary to merge extra DA (above 50%) or not?

Basic 5200+1800= 7000
DA 125% = 8750
than now total income is 7000+8750 += 15750.
now merge extra DA (125-50 = 75%) in Basic i.e. 7000+ 5250 = 12250
then now 50% DA = 6125
now Total income is 12250+6125 = 18375.
before CPC 15750
after CPC 18375 and difference is the 18375-15750 = 2625 Rs
2625 Rs is not a newar thing in our Total income, its part of our income.
then it just a manipulation of between DA, pay and basic.
all are like a fraud with employee to correlate with 7 CPC
then tell about
